North Coast Climate Action Group
NCCAG is a collective of people who officially formed following a public forum organised and presented by Gayle Russell at the Moller Pavilion in Bangalow on Saturday 7th October, 2006. Since then we have achieved minor miracles.

We have attracted around 200 or more interested people to our email list and we have received wonderful coverage support from our local, regional paper, the Byron Shire Echo.
-
Co-hosted the Byron Premier of "An Inconvenient Truth" and handed out lots of information on saving energy and environmental links.
-
Organized the Byron Bay versions of the Nov 4 "Walk Against Warming", an international day of protest called by the UN to put pressure on the World Climate talks which began in Nairobi on November 6, 2006.
-
Planned and organised an Information Day for Brunswick Heads on Saturday afternoon, December 2, 2006 with the theme "Find out everything you've always wanted to know about energy use: from changing light-bulbs to changing government policies".
-
We are forging links with umbrella groups like www.rainforestinfo.org.au, www.rainforestrescue.org, www.acfonline.org , www.getup.com
-
Producing and sharing FREE information, speakers, knowledge, forums, links and companionship.
